I am a Computer Engineer and I also hold an MBA. I have spent 20 years in the high tech industry while also taking an 18 month break to start my own business. I started a business commercializing Educational Toys focused on helping children discover and develop their multiple intelligences. I think some of us spend most of our life not knowing what we really love, or what we are really good at.
I am also placing strong emphasis in building a solid portfolio of mind challenging toys for girls. Even though the role of women has changed significantly in the past 50 years, toys for girls have not changed a bit. If you look at a Sears Catalog of the 1950s offering toys for girls, you will find virtually no difference between what was offered then and what is offered now. I want to change that. Initially as part of my offerings at www.FunIQToys.com, and later on as a store focused exclusively on girls at http://www.PinkIQ.com.
